1. The service and your account
DSGNBRF is a software service for architects, interior designers and design agencies to create Retail and Office briefing projects, invite clients, collect structured answers and references, and review submitted briefs. The agency is the account holder and is responsible for the accuracy of its registration details, safeguarding its password, and activity performed through its account.
2. Client briefing links
Clients participate through project-specific invitation links and do not need an account. Each link is an access credential: anyone who receives it may be able to view or contribute to that project until it expires or is revoked. Agencies must send links only to intended recipients, explain that they are private, and revoke or replace a link if disclosure is suspected. Clients must not forward or publish invitation links.
3. Content and uploaded files
Agencies and invited clients retain their rights in questionnaire answers, logos, references and uploaded files. The agency confirms it has authority to collect and process client material through DSGNBRF. You grant DSGNBRF the limited permission needed to store, process, display and transmit that content to operate the service. Do not upload unlawful material, malware, confidential information you are not authorized to share, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
4. Briefs are project inputs, not professional advice
DSGNBRF organizes information supplied by users. It does not verify site conditions, measurements, regulations, budgets, title, landlord requirements or technical feasibility. Generated or reviewed briefs do not replace professional judgment, surveys, specialist consultants, statutory approvals or contractual documentation. Agencies remain responsible for checking information before relying on it.
5. Plans, Founder Pro and AI credits
Free and paid plans may have separate limits for active projects, storage, agency seats, exports and other capabilities. Founder Pro — $79 one-time, when offered, is a one-time entitlement for the lifetime of the DSGNBRF service and the stated Founder Pro offering—not ownership of DSGNBRF or an entitlement to every future product or separately metered service. It does not renew automatically. AI credits are a separate, bounded entitlement. Unused credits have no cash value and are not represented as unlimited usage.
Free projects are designed for a 30-day retention period. Automatic retention enforcement and warning emails are not currently active until formally launched. Before activation, affected agencies will be given the applicable notice and timing.
6. Acceptable use and availability
You may not probe or bypass access controls, use another agency’s data, automate abusive traffic, interfere with the service, resell account access without permission, or use DSGNBRF for unlawful activity. We may restrict access needed to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law or maintain the service. We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Suspension, termination and data
You may stop using DSGNBRF at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use or non-payment. Plan limits may prevent new projects, uploads or seats without removing access to existing data, unless deletion is required by law, requested by an authorized account holder, or governed by a separately communicated retention policy. Automatic retention deletion is not represented as active unless the product expressly says so.
8. Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DSGNBRF is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, design decisions made from unverified inputs, or access caused by a forwarded invitation link. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these terms for legal, security or product changes and will identify the effective date of the revised version.
